1. Free Plan
All new ReportRex AI accounts start on the Free plan at no cost. The Free plan includes 1 premium report per month and 19 free reports per month. No credit card or payment information is ever required to use the Free plan. You will never be charged unless you choose to upgrade.
The Free plan does not expire. If you choose not to upgrade, your account stays on the Free plan indefinitely with no further action required.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account’s billing page. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment period. When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You retain full access to your plan features until the period ends
- Your account and report history are retained for 30 days after the period ends
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window on all paid subscription charges. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at support@reportrexai.com within 14 days of the charge date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and are returned to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. The 14-day refund policy applies to all charges regardless of plan changes.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@reportrexai.com with:
- Your account email address
- Your Paddle subscription ID or invoice number (found in your billing page)
We aim to process all refund requests within 1 business day.
